Where is Spools on Parade based?
I am based out of the United States in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

How long will my order take to ship?
All shop items are made to order unless otherwise stated in the product description. Everything is crocheted by me alone, and processing times may be impacted by high order volumes.

Please note once an order is shipped, I cannot control any carrier delays and am ultimately not responsible if it is lost in the mail. I am more than happy to see what I can do to potentially get answers from the carrier if the order is able to be located. Any order concerns can be addressed on my contact page.

If you are located in Philadelphia, you may opt to do a local pickup for your order in Center City once it is ready. Please fill out my contact form to coordinate a date and time after making your purchase.

Are you able to ship internationally?
I am currently only shipping within the United States and Canada, but am working on expanding my capacity to reach other countries soon!

Am I able to return or exchange items?
All shop sales are final, returns and exchanges are not accepted. I am happy to discuss any potential order issues via my shop's contact page.

Are you able to do custom commissions?
Absolutely! As of right now, I am open for commissions.

If you have an idea for any type of crocheted good you'd like to have made (clothing, decor, accessories, etc) fill out my contact form. I will work with you to flesh out your idea to estimate the cost and time I'll need :0)
